Host @Fiera Milano is one of the world’s leading hospitality exhibitions and Food Wine Travel was privileged to be one of the invited blogger ambassadors at this year’s event, held in conjunction with Expo Milano 2015. Visitors come to Italy from all over the world to check out the latest developments in the hospitality, restaurant and catering sectors. The range of food service equipment, pizza, pastry, icecream, coffee, chocolate and tableware on display is extraordinary. Here’s just a small taste of what we found.
