Friday Food Tip #478: side salad.

Chocolate Cherries: Melt some chocolate, adding a dash of liqueur if you wish. While it is cooling, dry some frozen pitted cherries on paper towel. Quickly dip the frozen cherries into the chocolate till they are coated then place them in individual (small) paper cases. Put them in a cool place to set.
