Friday Food TipFoodLogoSimple Lemon Marmalade: Place four whole lemons in a saucepan and cover with water – not more than 600ml. Boil till soft, then cut up finely. Remove the pips and return pulp to the liquid in which lemons were boiled. Add 500g sugar or more to taste. Boil fast for 10 to 15 minutes then place in warm jars and seal.
