Friday Food Tip #478: side salad.

A great way to serve summer vegetables: Chargrill skewers of cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms and slices of zucchini, then arrange in a circle on a platter with sprigs of rosemary between. You could add cubes of firm tofu to the skewers if you wish, and glaze with teriyaki miso stir-fry sauce.
