Bremerton 2019 Special Release Shiraz, $24
There are numerous reasons (too many to go into here) why you don’t see many preservative-free wines. But Langhorne Creek winemaker, Bremerton, has been experimenting with making wine without preservatives for some years, and it has come up trumps with this soft, aromatic, vibrant red. Bremerton’s second release of a preservative-free Shiraz, it has a silky texture, bright fruit and subtle spices that make for very easy drinking. Drink it now while fresh and enjoyable.
