Sausage Bake: Slice 2 onions and place them in a dish with 8 Italian-style sausages on top. Take a 400g microwave packet of new potatoes with herbs and butter, cut them into wedges and scatter with the sausages. Mix together ½ cup tomato sauce, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce and ¼ cup red wine, stock or water, then pour over the dish. Bake in a 180 deg C oven for half an hour. Serves 4.
