Friday Food Tip: how to get the best out of chia seeds

Spaghetti with Green Beans and Pesto: Chargrill green beans for a few minutes with olive oil, lemon juice and finely grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with pesto. Swirl onto plates and top with the chargrilled beans and a generous amount of freshly grated parmesan.
