Try this clever trick with sugar snap peas that will really make them sing: Wash and de-string sugar snap peas then toss in olive oil and sprinkle some salt, pepper, thyme and chopped rosemary on top. Spread on a baking tray and roast in a 230°C oven (or better still, a wood-fired oven) for 10 minutes or until they just begin to brown. Serve with hummus.
