‘Adults-Only’ Easter Treats

From an Eggspresso Martini and The Tipsy Bunny, to the delightful Cottontail-tini and Bunny’s Lunch (made to look like a carrot), these Easter-Bunny approved cocktails will have you hopping right through the Easter weekend – literally!

Created in 2013 and now distributed in 12 countries, Jumping Goat offers two coffee liqueurs in Australia, one vodka-based and the other whisky-based.

The liqueurs are made in Tauranga with 100% organic, batch-roasted coffee beans from Papua New Guinea, mixed with spices and high-quality spirits. They have won numerous international awards including Double Gold at the San Francisco Spirits Awards.

Try your hand at these ‘adults-only’ Easter treats. For a special Easter touch, serve them in hollow chocolate eggs.

Bunny’s Lunch

Layer 1 shot of Jumping Goat vodka liqueur and 2 shots of orange juice into a 100g hollow easter egg or alternatively a tall flute glass. Garnish with a long mint sprig to resemble a carrot.

Eggspresso Martini

In a shaker, mix 30ml Jumping Goat vodka liqueur, 30ml fresh espresso coffee, 1 tablespoon Nutella, 10ml Kahlua, and 10ml butterscotch liqueur. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard. Double strain into a 100g hollow egg or across several mini hollow egg shots. Garnish with a dust of chocolate powder and a mini caramel egg.


Tipsy Bunny

Muddle 1 Cadbury crème egg into a shaker. Mix 20ml vodka, 20ml Jumping Goat vodka liqueur, 20ml butterscotch liqueur and 20ml Crème De Cacao. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard to help loosen egg. Single strain into a 100g hollow egg or across several mini hollow egg shots. Garnish with hot chocolate powder and easter egg.

Cottontail-tini

Dip the rim of a martini glass or hollow egg in marshmallow fluff and then in shredded coconut. In a shaker, mix 30ml Jumping Goat vodka, 20ml white rum, 20ml coconut syrup, and 20ml pineapple juice. Add ice to shaker and shake hard. Double strain into a 100g hollow egg or across several mini hollow egg shots. Garnish with a large marshmallow.
