Friday Food Tip: an easy dessert.

A delicious glaze for ham: Heat 250ml redcurrant jelly in a saucepan until it dissolves. Add 100ml sherry, 50ml port and 1 clove of garlic (chopped) and simmer for 5 minutes. Spread glaze over ham and bake in a 200°C oven for about 40 minutes.
