Friday Food Tip #478: side salad.

Mango dipping sauce: Puree the flesh of a ripe mango then mix in a finely chopped red chilli, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons lime juice and ½ cup finely sliced fresh mint leaves. This is great with barbecued prawns.
