Friday Food Tip #478: side salad.

Cut peaches in half, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill over medium heat (preferably on a barbecue) until caramelized. Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt that has been mixed with a small amount of cinnamon and cardamom.
