Friday Food TipFoodLogoPears poached in tea: Infuse 5 tea bags in 4 cups boiling water in a saucepan for 3 minutes. Remove teabags then stir in ¼ cup caster sugar. Add 2 peeled, cored and quartered Beurre Bosc pears. Simmer for 20 minutes or until soft.
