Friday Food Tip: an easy dessert.

Sweet Potato Wedges: In a bowl, combine ¼ cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut 500g sweet potato into wedges and toss in the oil. Arrange wedges on a baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes at 200 deg C, or until crisp. Sprinkle more sea salt on top if you wish. Serve topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt. The cinnamon could be replaced with other spices, such as sweet smoked paprika.
