FoodLogoFor a light and easy salad dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with 125ml sparkling mineral water. Sprinkle over a salad of 30 halved cherry tomatoes (halved), 2 crushed garlic cloves and a handful of torn basil leaves. Season with pepper, give it all a good squeeze with your hands and allow to sit for a few minutes so that the flavours develop.
