Lemon Cream Cheese Icing for muffins or cakes: Combine a softened 250g block of Philadelphia cream cheese with 2/3 cup full cream milk powder, 2/3 cup sifted icing sugar mixture, and finely grated rind of 1 lemon. Whisk until smooth (don’t beat). Chill until firm enough to spread.
