Friday Food TipFoodLogoDeliciously warming cider: In a large saucepan, put 2 litres apple cider, 1 litre cranberry juice, a large orange that has been chopped in half, 1 teaspoon cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks, and 1 tablespoon honey. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and when it has cooled down till it is just warm, strain and serve.
