Friday Food TipFoodLogoArrange frozen blackberries on a chilled metal baking tray. Cover them with a sheet of baking paper and tap each berry with a hammer (make sure you work quickly). The berry should shatter and separate into little pieces. Return these to the freezer. When ready, sprinkle them on icecream with a little lemon zest, either still frozen or defrosted just a little.
