Friday Food TipFoodLogoSlice 200g firm tofu into small cubes then marinate in a mixture of 3 tablespoons soy or tamari sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 cloves minced garlic and a de-seeded, finely chopped red chilli. After it has marinated for an hour or so, fry it without adding any oil or fat.
