Friday Food TipFoodLogoTo make a quick and easy frittata, whisk together 6 eggs and ¼ cup milk, and grate in ½ cup cheese (such as parmesan or cheddar). Heat a tiny bit of butter, pour egg mixture into the pan and top with a cup of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, zucchini or broccoli work well). Once it’s cooked through, grate some more cheese on top and finish off under the grill.
