Affogato: Put two scoops of vanilla icecream in a wine glass and sit it on a plate. Place a cup of espresso coffee beside it, and a shot glass of Frangelico (or Amaretto or another liqueur). Then invite your guests to ‘drown’ their icecream. (Affogato is an Italian word meaning ‘drowned’.)
