Chicken and Pesto Pizza: Brush pizza bases with olive oil and cover with pesto. Distribute shredded chicken on top. Add halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake till done, then serve with a swirl of aioli and fresh rocket.
