Pull this one out when you’re about to have a delicious, juicy steak. It’s a robust, full-flavoured wine that warrants cellaring but it also has a silky texture and long finish that makes it very drinkable while young. With hints of cinnamon and black pepper on the nose and an abundance of rich, ripe fruit on the palate, enjoy it anytime, any place.
