A quick cherry dessert: Pit a kilo of cherries, divide between four individual gratin dishes, sprinkle each with lemon zest and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Spoon ¼ cup light sour cream over each and dust with a little extra brown sugar. Place under a hot grill until sugar has caramelized.
