How to make an outrageously delicious Lime and Mint Dipping Sauce: Combine in a saucepan 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/3 cup chopped mint leaves, ¾ cup water, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp mild sweet chilli sauce. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
