Friday Food TipFoodLogoGrilled sweet potato: Scrub kumara (orange sweet potato) and slice into 1.5cm thick pieces. Toss with a little oil to coat, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle lightly with cumin seeds. Grill over medium heat until soft. Serve with sour cream flavoured with chopped mint.
