Grilled lamb cutlets: Coat 12 lamb cutlets in a mixture of ½ cup barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons olive oil, then grill for 3 minutes each side.
