Make a dressing for boiled or steamed carrots by combining 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped dill, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of finely grated lemon rind, ¼ teaspoon mustard powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
