An incredibly easy dessert with just two ingredients: Halve some peaches and remove the stones. Poach the peaches in apple juice until soft, taking care not to overcook. Slip the skins off (they come off easily) and transfer peaches to a serving dish. Reduce the apple juice and pour over the peaches. This is great for breakfast and dessert and fun to dress up with other goodies. (Thanks to Vikki Leng for this tip.)
