World’s Tallest Hotel To Open In Dubai

Ciel Dubai Marina World’s Tallest Hotel to open in Dubai
Shaped like the eye of a needle, Ciel Dubai Marina is the world’s tallest hotel.

The world’s tallest hotel is set to open in Dubai next month, and if you’re blown away by the city skyline, then wait till you see this latest addition. Ciel Dubai Marina is an architectural masterpiece. Shaped like the eye of a needle, the 82-storey building was designed by award-winning architects, Norr.

In a city where every breathtaking high-rise is a talking point, this one transcends them all. Part of the Vignette Collection by IHG, the all-hotel tower soars 377 metres into the sky and boasts the world’s highest infinity pool.

All 1,004 luxuriously designed rooms and suites have floor-to-ceiling glass windows with panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s glittering skyline. As well as stunning views, the hotel promises high-end guest experiences and exceptional facilities.

Managed by The First Group Hospitality, it has a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a state-of-the-art gym with panoramic views, and three outdoor swimming pools including the pièce de resistance infinity pool.

The hotel will have exclusive access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Families will find tailored experiences for children, while business travellers can take advantage of the executive lounge and flexible meeting spaces.

In all, there will be eight distinct dining concepts ranging from global buffets to signature restaurants, casual cafés and award-winning international brands, positioning it as a notable addition to Dubai’s hospitality landscape.

Just minutes from Palm Jumeirah and Uptown Dubai, the hotel offers direct access to Dubai Marina’s world-class dining, shopping, beaches, and other attractions.

Located near the bustling JBR beachfront and Bluewaters lifestyle destination – home to landmarks such as The Walk and Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest observation wheel — it also features direct access to the Marina boardwalk with its water taxis and convenient connections to Dubai Marina Mall and the city’s tram and metro services.

Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, describes the hotel as a landmark development that reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for tourism and business travel.

This year has seen several major hotel openings in Dubai, including Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a super yacht-inspired property with 386 rooms and suites, which began welcoming guests in March.

Other anticipated openings include the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, which will have 259 rooms and suites in the Wasl Tower, as well as Zuha Resort Villas on the World Islands.

Ciel Dubai Marina is set to open on November 15.
