Friday Food TipFoodLogoOysters with Gremolata: Melt 50g unsalted butter in a pan, add ½ teaspoon ground paprika and 1 cup panko crumbs, and stir until golden. Remove from stove and stir in 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. Cool then spoon over oysters.
