FoodLogoTo make a rich and delicious sauce for roast duck breasts, heat together the zest and juice of an orange, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 60ml Port and a 410g can of pitted cherries (including juice). Thicken with cornflour.
