La La Land 2017 Garnacha, $18
Garnacha is a new addition to La La Land, an eclectic collection of fun and flavoursome wines that you might recognise for their cheerful labels, which certainly stand out on bottle shop shelves. Garnacha, or Grenache as you might know it, is a lighter red that is perfect as a quaffing wine, particularly in these really hot months where the thought of a heavy Shiraz just doesn’t cut it. This one is smooth and easy-drinking, with generous flavours of sun-kissed fruit. Ooh-la-la!
