Friday Food TipFoodLogoMake a glaze for ham by combing the juice of 1 lime, 300ml honey, 50ml sesame oil, 50ml light soy sauce, 300ml stock, a clove of garlic (crushed) and 100g unsalted butter in a saucepan and bringing to the boil. Mix a tablespoon of cornflour with a little water and bring to a paste, then add to the mixture in the saucepan and stir until thickened and smooth. Spread glaze over ham then bake at 200 C deg for about 40 minutes, basting regularly with the glaze.
