An easy way to make fruit jelly is to bring 700ml of apple & raspberry juice to the boil. Remove from heat, sprinkle gelatin over the surface and whisk quickly till it has dissolved. Pour into a bowl to set or divide between 6 serving glasses and top with your favourite dessert ingredients.
