FoodLogoFor a celebration drink, boil a cup of caster sugar and a cup of lemon juice until the sugar dissolves, stir in a tablespoon of grated lemon zest, pour into a jug and refrigerate overnight. To serve, strain it into another jug then pour into 12 wine glasses. Divide a cup of raspberries among the glasses and top with prosecco or another dry sparkling white wine.
